Although we expect applicants to have excellent academic credentials, we seek attorneys who are well-rounded, pragmatic, creative and unfailingly honest. We place a premium on persons who possess good judgment, a sense of humor, and solid interpersonal skills.

We expect our lawyers to be effective advocates for our clients and to develop and mature quickly. Accordingly, new lawyers can expect to become directly involved in pending matters and take on real responsibility from the outset of joining the firm. Professional Staff

Currently Available Positions

Associate Attorney - The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with two (2) to four (4) years of litigation experience in the following practice areas: commercial, healthcare/nursing home, or military law. Mature, self-starters with excellent writing, analytical and communication skills are optimal candidates. Paralegal - (Full Time) The firm is looking for energetic candidates with two (2) or more years of legal experience in a litigation practice. Experience with Time Matters; MS Office to include MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong organization skills and attention to detail are desired. Job Duties will include: document/records review, discovery/production assistance, case management. Salary will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience and in keeping with the firm's above stated staffing philosophy. Job listing date: June 30, 2008

Legal Assistant - (Full Time) The firm is looking for energetic candidates with two (2) or more years of legal experience in a litigation practice. Experience with Time Matters; MS Office to include MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong organization skills and attention to detail are desired. Job Duties will include: client reception, scheduling, dictation, data entry, filing, facsimile dispatch, and mail preparation.
